General Landscaping (emailed January 19 2009)
I just spoke with another charming member of your team who was most helpful. I wanted to thank the entire group that works so hard in maintaining the beautiful grounds in the immediate Glastonbury Blvd area.
This morning in the snow when driving was a challenge at best, this caravan of stars were busy at work when I slid in around 6 AM. They all went out of their was to make sure I had a clean spot to park in so they could continue their important work for the rest of the group. After exiting my car, a young member of that crew was most accommodating and asked if I needed assistance crossing the slippery parking lot before they were able to sand and salt. That concerned offer alone shows me that quality customer service is alive and well and works for GL.
I have worked at this building for almost 9 years and have been pleasantly impressed every day that the grounds have been well maintained, the flowers and designs beautiful and they make my day. It’s a nice way to start the week.

We have been installing our mulch with bark blowers for at least 10 years now by far GL has been the most professional team we have worked with. Our managers are pleased with the line of communication they have with you and hoe you keep them informed of any changes. They have also commented to me how accommodating you have been when a scheduling change has been made on our end and we know what an arduous task it is to re-arrange such a busy schedule.
